BERLIN, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Accompanied by five of her key ministers, German Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) is attending the digital summit in Ludwigshafen on Tuesday to exchange views with entrepreneurs and scientists.


Spread across four conferences, the summit will explore themes such as enhancing connectivity in health care, the future of the digital economy Ultra Boost Triple Black Sale , and the scope of web governance.


Previously known as the "IT Summit", the event is being held for the 11th time this year.


Over the course of two days around 1,100 individuals will attend the conferences hosted by the town of Ludwigshafen in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.


The subject of digital health care formed the focal point of the summit's opening program on Monday.


Additionally, the Federal Minister for Education, Johanna Wanka (CDU) Ultra Boost Black Sale , and the director of the Hasso-Plattner Institute (a German education center for IT technology), Christoph Meinel, both launched a cloud computing system from a secondary school in Gruenstadt for 26 selected schools across Germany.


The pilot project was devised as a means to gain insights into how pupils and teachers can access digital learning material from the internet at any given time of the day.


Amongst further senior policymakers who will attend the digital summit are Federal Minister for Health, Hermann Groehe (CDU), Federal Minister for the Economy Ultra Boost Triple White Sale , Brigitte Zypries (SPD), Federal Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere (CDU) and Federal Minister for Transport Alexander Dobrindt (CSU).

HO CHI MINH CITY, May 19 (Xinhua) -- South Korea's Samsung started here Tuesday construction of a complex worth 1.4 billion U. S. dollars for research and development, and production of hi-tech electronic appliances.


The 70-hectare complex named Samsung CE Ho Chi Minh City Complex is under construction at the city-based Hi-Tech Park.


The project's first phase is scheduled to become operational in the second quarter of next year Ultra Boost White Sale , focusing on developing and manufacturing UHD, LED, LCD and smart TV sets. The second phase will produce other electronic products, including refrigerators and washing machines.
